More than 40 years of experience in the manufacture of extruded semi-finished products and machined construction components from high quality engineering plastics are the basis for our company's lasting success. Our partnerships with both domestic and foreign customers ensure us a solid reputation as competent supplier for developers, designers, and purchasing managers.

Certification of our system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 guarantees the consistency and dependability of our processes.

To manufacture semi-finished products from thermoplastics, we employ extrusion machinery with continuous extrusion, calendering and vacuum calibration techniques. Thus, we are able to produce engineering plastics in the form of rods and tubes as well as plates, sheets, films and most recently even square bars.

We are specialized in modifying materials to meet our customers' wishes and can guarantee individual solutions. We prove our flexibility with reasonable minimum quantities and material tests in collaboration with our customers. Our extensive stock guarantees regular availability of standard semi-finished materials.

Also, for the mechanical machining of finished plastic components, we have an extensive and efficient range of high-performance machinery. A large number of various CNC driven  lathes and milling centres enables us to machine the engineering plastics to complex construction parts - also in small and medium sized series.

We remain in regular contact with our sister company Rolf Schmidt INDUSTRIPLAST A/S in Denmark and further companies in the CENTROTEC Group in order to offer solutions in injection moulding and large-scale vacuum forming manufacturing processes.
