materials such as metal and glass.
In selecting a suitable plastic for a product, it is necessary to consider the physical, mechanical, electrical and thermal requirements. But it is not only the characteristics that are of decisive importance in selecting a plastic. Among other things, the following questions have to be answered:

- Is approval under food regulations required?
- What colour is the product going to be?
- Is the product subject to fire protection regulations?
On the basis of our technical datasheets, we have set up a user database. The entry or selection of various characteristics enables the database to filter out the plastic that is appropriate for your requirements*:
