Today, semi-finished materials and construction components made of engineering plastics play a central role across all sectors. For good reasons: plastics are not only less expensive than many other materials; they are also easier to process. We already adapt our semi-finished materials to the future end product during production, be it in terms of material quality, dimension, shape, colour or characteristics. 

Our semi-finished materials are produced on ultramodern extrusion lines that we have to some extent developed ourselves for extrusion, calendaring and vacuum calibration techniques. The plates, sheets, films, tubes and rods conform precisely to our customer‘s size and diameter specifications and also meet all material characteristic requirements. Extrusion causes tensions in semi-finished plastics which we eliminate by subsequent annealing to guarantee constant machining.  

Centroplast is the manufacturer that already formats your semi-finished products in its own plant. We saw, plane and grind our products to the dimension you desire. This results in several positive effects at the same time: our experience in both areas - production and processing optimizes each process complementarily, which ultimately leads to better quality. In addition, communication fl ows more easily and you avoid off-cut material at your production site. The result is significant savings in both time and cost.

We have not only made our name as manufacturer and tailor of semi-finished plastics, we also produce finished components with complex geometries and custom-made products. Our specialty is construction components in small to mid-sized series. This gives our customers the chance to outsource their production, release resources, and save time and money.
